PowerReadySites is a site-intake and qualification platform designed to help landowners, commercial real estate brokers, municipalities, and industrial property owners determine whether their land or properties may be suitable for data center, AI infrastructure, energy, or industrial development.

Data center and AI infrastructure demand is growing rapidly. Developers, investors, and energy partners are actively seeking power-adjacent sites — land near substations, transmission lines, industrial corridors, and utility infrastructure. But these sites are hard to find, and many owners don't know what they may have.

PowerReadySites provides a structured way to surface potential sites. We collect site information through our intake form, review submissions against known developer criteria, and identify potential fit with relevant parties in our network — which may include data center developers, infrastructure investors, EPC firms, brokers, and energy partners.

All site submissions are reviewed on a confidential basis. We do not share submission details without the submitter's knowledge and consent. Submissions that do not appear to meet basic criteria are not advanced. No submission guarantees any outcome.
